We’re fully transparent with our pricing, so you’ll find all our HubSpot onboarding costs below. When you buy HubSpot, an onboarding fee is required – but when you work with us, that fee is waived, allowing us to handle the onboarding instead. Our prices match HubSpot’s own for each Hub, so you’ll pay the same either way.

The difference lies in the service. While HubSpot (and many partners) offer a coaching-led approach, you’re still responsible for the setup. We take a more hands-on route – configuring everything for you, so you’re up and running faster and with less stress. Same price, more value.

The only additional element in our process is customer journey planning. It’s a required step to ensure your team and ours are fully aligned on what we’re building, giving us a clear blueprint to deliver against. Pricing for this starts from £3,000 and depends on the complexity of your journey.

FAQs

Our onboarding process is designed to get you up and running quickly and confidently. It starts with a planning phase, where we work closely with you to understand your goals, customer journey, and how HubSpot will fit into your wider processes.

From there, we handle the setup and configuration of whichever Hubs you’ve purchased — ensuring they’re structured correctly and ready for your team to start using.

Please note that integrations, data migrations, team training, custom coding, and dashboard building are not included as standard. However, all of these can be added to your onboarding package if you’d like a more comprehensive implementation.

We usually allow up to 30 days for planning and another 30 days for implementation. However, the exact timeline will depend on the complexity of your setup and how quickly we can move through each stage together.

Most projects can be delivered more quickly — provided your internal project team and any external agencies are available when needed and able to work at the same pace as we do. In fact, our record for completing the entire onboarding process is just 2 weeks from start to finish!

Before we start, we’ll need you to form a project team to work with us throughout the process. We’ll also require your brand assets (such as logos, colours, and style guides) and access to any third-party tools that HubSpot will integrate with.

Aside from that, the only thing we need is your input during the planning phase — making sure we fully understand your goals, processes, and how HubSpot should fit into your wider business.

Yes — we offer onboarding for all HubSpot Hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub and Commerce Hub. Whether you’re implementing a single Hub or multiple tools together, we’ll make sure everything is configured correctly and aligned with your business goals.

HubSpot’s onboarding is primarily a coaching-led approach — you’ll be responsible for most of the hands-on work yourself, with regular check-in calls from an assigned representative to guide you through the process.

Our approach is much more consultative and done-for-you. We work closely with your team to design an end-to-end customer journey and set of business processes, then handle the full build and implementation on your behalf. After all, you don’t need to be doing two jobs — we take care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on results.

Yes — we handle the entire configuration process for you, based on the detailed plan we create together at the start of the project. From setting up tools and properties to building workflows, pipelines, and automations, we’ll make sure your HubSpot account is fully configured and ready to deliver value from day one.

Yes — we can migrate data from almost any source into HubSpot. Our process starts with data mapping to ensure everything is structured correctly. We then carry out a test migration and review the results together to confirm everything looks right before proceeding with the full migration.

This careful, step-by-step approach minimises risk and ensures a smooth transition of your data into HubSpot.

Yes — we can set up integrations with almost any system. There are hundreds of pre-built integrations available in the HubSpot App Marketplace that we can connect for you. And if you’re using a third-party platform with an open API, we can build a custom integration — either by hosting it within custom coded actions using Data Hub or by using middleware tools like Zapier or n8n.

This service isn’t included as part of our standard onboarding, as the scope of integration work can vary significantly. We’ll provide a separate quote for any integration requirements once we understand your setup and goals.

Yes — we can provide both training and ongoing support once your onboarding is complete. These are offered as additional services and can be tailored to your team’s needs, ensuring you continue to get the most out of HubSpot long after the initial setup.
