Vertus is no ordinary rental brand. Backed by the powerhouse Canary Wharf Group, it redefines build-to-rent living with three high-spec residences — 8 Water Street, 10 George Street and the striking Newfoundland tower — all set within one of London’s most prestigious postcodes.
By late 2021, Vertus had grown fast, scaling to over 1,000 apartments in record time. But rapid growth, paired with post-pandemic complexity, left their HubSpot setup lagging behind their commercial ambition.
Despite strong demand and a steady stream of enquiries, their use of HubSpot barely scratched the surface and the automation potential was left untapped. That’s where we came in.

We started with a deep audit of their HubSpot environment — mapping what was working, what wasn’t and where automation could drive the biggest gains.
From there, we overhauled their Marketing and Sales Hubs. We built an ecosystem that made it easier for the team to manage a high volume of enquiries, move leads through the funnel and close deals faster.
We also onboarded them to Operations Hub to facilitate an important integration with their property management system, Yardi.
And every improvement along the way was paired with hands-on, practical training to embed best practice from day one.

By the end of 2022, every Vertus apartment was let — a full house (pun fully intended).
This was a clear signal of what happens when digital operations are built to match a brand’s ambition.
We continue to work closely with the Vertus team today, helping them stay ahead as they set the standard for luxury rentals in London.
