The challenge
When Maze Real Estate launched in 2018, founder Charles Holland needed a brand identity & website that matched the calibre of clients the business was built to serve.
Maze was entering the market as a specialist real estate consultancy, working across development, acquisitions, sales & planning-related advisory work.
The challenge was to create a professional, credible identity from the ground up. The brand needed to feel established from day 1, even though the business was new.
The website also needed to give prospective clients confidence by clearly presenting Maze’s experience, projects, testimonials & wider industry relationships.

Charles already had the Maze name & a clear direction for the logo, which gave us a strong starting point.

Alongside the logo, we explored several colour routes before recommending a bold purple & pink combination. This gave the brand a distinctive look while still feeling credible & appropriate for the sector.
