What clients usually ask about consulting.

How long does a typical consulting engagement run?

Most engagements run between four & eight weeks. Audits can be shorter; full roadmaps tend to take longer. We agree the timeline before we start.

Do we have to implement your recommendations with you?

No, that’s entirely up to you. You can implement it with us, with your own team or with someone else. Our priority is that you get the right outcome, not the longest invoice. That said, there are clear advantages to bringing us in for implementation: speed, efficiency, experience and confidence that everything is set up properly, organised clearly and built to get the most from the platform while avoiding issues later.

Do you work with companies who already have a CRM in place?

Most of our consulting clients do. We audit what’s there, look at where it’s working & where it isn’t, & recommend whether to fix it, replace it, or change the way the team uses it.

How is consulting priced?

Fixed fee per engagement. We scope everything upfront based on what you need, without padding the project with unnecessary hours. If the scope changes, we’ll tell you before the price changes. As a guide, think of us as the cost of a mid-level employee for the duration of the project.

Who actually does the work?

Senior consultants lead every engagement. There is no junior team behind the scenes; the person you scope with is the person who runs the project. Discovery is collaborative between our team and yours, while implementation sits largely with us, so your team can stay focused on the day job.
