Migrations fail when history is lost — activities, timestamps, associations, ownership, notes. We move data between platforms with surgical care, preserving the context your reporting depends on.

How we do it
A process that earns its place.
Every migration we deliver follows the same general process. We adapt to suit the nuance of the project, but the process stays the same.
01
Scope
We connect your source & destination & assess the data architecture in each.
02
Map
Every object, every field, every association & every timestamp accounted for.
03
Test
We migrate 10% of your data first as a dry run. We then validate & refine.
04
Migrate
Once approved, we schedule the full migration for the least disruptive time.
Sources
Systems we migrate from.
We move teams onto HubSpot, Attio & Intercom from a wide range of CRMs, service tools & spreadsheets. If yours isn’t listed below, ask — we’ve almost certainly handled it.

Platforms
Migrations, platform by platform
We deliver migrations right across the stack. We go deepest on HubSpot, Attio & Intercom — take a look at the dedicated migrations page below. For the rest, head to the platform’s overview to see how it fits.
Not seeing your question? Ask it directly — we’ll usually answer the same day.
Will we lose data?
Not the data that matters. Associations, ownership, most timestamps & engagement history are preserved through the migration. Before the full move, we dry-run a 10% sample & validate it against a detailed checklist — so by the time we migrate everything, we already know exactly how it’s going to behave.
How long does a typical migration take?
Most are wrapped up quickly — often within one or two weeks. Volume of data isn’t usually the main driver; how clean & well-modelled the source system is matters far more. A tidy 500,000-record database can move faster than a messy 50,000-record one. We’ll give you a realistic timeline once we’ve had a proper look at the source.
Do we need to run the old & new systems in parallel?
Yes — for the duration of the project, we’ll need both systems accessible. The old one stays in place as the source of truth until everything has been migrated, validated & signed off, at which point you can decommission it. Running them side-by-side also makes it easier to spot-check that data has landed where it should.
Can you migrate activity history?
Yes. Emails, calls, meetings, notes & other timeline activities all come across as part of the migration, so your team doesn’t lose the context behind each contact, deal or account. Where the source system stores activities in an unusual way, we’ll map them sensibly into the new structure & flag anything that needs a decision from your side.
What if something goes wrong on launch day?
Every migration has a documented rollback plan in place before we go live, so if anything unexpected happens we can revert cleanly & regroup. In practice we’ve never had to use one — the dry-run, validation & parallel-running steps catch issues long before launch — but we always have it ready.
