We’ve seen what happens when generalist agencies take on real estate CRM work. Processes are modelled for the tools & get awkwardly bent around marketing, sales & service processes. The result is a platform that nobody uses properly.
Incremental exists to do it differently. We know the sector, we know the platforms & we don’t sell what the client doesn’t need. We’d rather do less, well, & be recommended.
Oh, and the name is deliberate. Big-bang transformations rarely land. Smaller, frequent changes tend to stick.
