Attio support is a growing part of what we do. Once a workspace is live, the real work begins: new objects to model, lists to refine, integrations to add, automations to build. We do all of that on a small monthly retainer.

Our Attio retainers suit property & home-related businesses with a lean ops team — developers, agencies, construction firms, supplier networks — who want senior Attio expertise without the cost of a full-time hire.

What is Attio support?

Our Attio support is a monthly retainer that gives you a senior consultant on call for everything your Attio workspace needs: new objects, integrations, automations, list & view design, training, troubleshooting.

How much does Attio support cost?

Our retainers start at just 10 hours per month for light-touch support & as high as is needed for teams with active rolling roadmaps. We size the retainer to the work; if your needs change, the retainer changes. We also offer a sizeable discount on our hourly rate for 12-month commitments.

Is there a minimum term?

A six-month minimum so we can get to know the portal properly, but we prefer 12-month commitments & offer sizeable incentives for this. After the initial period, it can roll onto month-to-month with 30 days notice.

How does the retainer work month-to-month?

Super simple. You, or anyone from across your team, request work or ask a question over email. We jump on it, scope it, make a recommendation & then implement a solution to solve whatever problem you’re facing.

What's in scope & what isn't?

Everything inside Attio is in scope, including data architecture, automations, lists, sequences, dashboards, simple integrations & training. Larger pieces of work, such as complex integrations or projects likely to use more hours than the retainer allows without affecting the support we can provide for the rest of the month, are scoped separately as fixed-fee projects.

Do we get the same person every month?

Yes, as often as possible. One senior consultant owns your account. They’re backed up by the team if they’re off, but they’re the person you build a relationship with.
