How long does a typical onboarding project run?

Most onboardings are completed in four to eight weeks. Simple setups can be faster; complex builds or multi-brand rollouts take longer. We scope every project properly before committing to a date, so the timeline you’re given is the timeline you can plan around.

Can you integrate with our other systems?

Yes. Whether it’s configuring out-of-the-box integrations or building custom-coded ones, we’ll make sure your new system’s data is unified with the other key tools your business runs on. The goal is a single, reliable source of truth — not another silo to maintain.

Can you train our team as part of onboarding?

Yes. Training your marketing, sales & service teams is built into every onboarding we run. We turn system newbies into confident power users, so the platform is genuinely embedded in how your team works rather than something they tolerate. Sessions are tailored to each team’s day-to-day use of the system.

How is onboarding priced?

We charge a fixed fee per project, scoped upfront based on exactly what you need — no surprise costs mid-build. As a guide, think of the investment as roughly the cost of a mid-level employee for the duration of the project, but with a full team of specialists behind it.

What happens after onboarding?

Most of our clients move onto one of our ongoing support retainers, keeping the team that architected their system close at hand. Others prefer to manage things internally & reach out to us when something more complex comes up. We’re happy either way — though we’d generally recommend keeping our support in place for at least the first six months, while your team finds their feet with the new setup.
