Attio migrations that set the system up properly, not just move records from one place to another.
Attio migrations are becoming a bigger part of our work. Teams move to Attio because they want a cleaner, more flexible way to manage relationships, so the migration is the right time to make sure the setup is useful & built around how the team actually works. We do not just copy everything across. We shape the new workspace first, then move the right data into it.
Most of our Attio migrations are for property & home-related businesses that have chosen Attio after using HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. We bring across what still matters & leave behind what no longer helps.
If you are thinking about moving to Attio yourself using CSV exports, there is a real trade-off. Attio works best when the setup has been thought through before anything is imported. A careful migration can make the system easier to use for years. A rushed import can make it messy from day one.
We move teams onto Attio from a wide range of CRMs, service tools, & spreadsheets. If yours isn’t listed below, ask — we’ve almost certainly handled it.

Who it's for
Is an Attio migration right for you?
We work best in these kinds of situations. If you recognise yourself here, we’ll likely be a fit.
From HubSpot
Teams moving from HubSpot to Attio
You’re switching to Attio for the speed & flexibility. We carry across the contacts, deals & engagement data you actually use.
From legacy
Teams moving from older or sector-specific CRMs
Pipedrive, Salesforce, sector-specific tools or a custom-built CRM that has run its course. We translate the data model into Attio’s.
From spreadsheets
Teams upgrading from spreadsheets to Attio
Attio is a great upgrade from spreadsheets. We help you shape the data you have into something that scales your business.
How Attio migration works
A process that earns its place.
Every Attio migration engagement follows the same general process. We adapt to suit the nuance of the project, but the process stays the same.
01
Scope
We connect your source & destination & assess the data architecture in each.
02
Map
Every object, every field, every association & every timestamp accounted for.
03
Test
We migrate 10% of your data first as a dry run. We then validate & refine.
04
Migrate
Once approved, we schedule the full migration for the least disruptive time.
Why us
Quality over quantity, on every Attio migration engagement.
A few deliberate choices shape how we work & how every engagement runs.
01 / 04
The person who scopes the work with you does the work
Every Attio migration engagement is run end-to-end by a senior consultant. No discovery calls from a salesperson, then a hand-off to someone you haven’t met. The depth of expertise shows up in the build, the trade-offs & the tone of the conversation.
02 / 04
Certified Attio Expert with direct access when it counts
Expert status gives us a direct line to Attio’s product & support teams, which we use to unblock technical questions & escalate issues quickly. It’s a genuine advantage on complex builds — & one we put to work for clients. Ask for references on our intro call.
03 / 04
Real estate industry context that most agencies don't have
A good chunk of our work is for property businesses — developers, agencies, BTR operators — & the firms supplying them (construction, fit-out, home services, proptech). We know the lingo, the data model & the regulatory nuances, so we won’t make you explain trivial details.
04 / 04
Experienced judgement on what to migrate & what not to migrate
Migrating to Attio isn’t about moving everything, which means most projects involve deciding what to leave behind as often as what to bring across. We push back on hauling over stale data & dead records that’ll clutter your new setup, & focus on migrating only what earns its place.

What is an Attio migration?
An Attio migration is the work of moving your data from another CRM (or spreadsheet) into Attio — modelling the destination workspace properly first, then importing your records with relations & history preserved.
How much does an Attio migration cost?
Most of our Attio migrations fall between £1,500 & £5,000 as a fixed fee, depending on data volume, source complexity & how many objects need migrating. We quote on scope, after a short audit of the source system.
How long does an Attio migration take?
Not long — one to two weeks typically. Smaller migrations (one object, modest volume) can be done very quickly; larger ones with custom objects, attachments & engagement history can run longer due to more testing & approvals.
Will we lose data, history or reporting continuity?
Whenever you’re migrating data there’s always a risk that some data won’t be transferrable. But if we plan it carefully then asociations, ownership, timestamps & engagement events can almost always be preserved with the right approach. We design the migration around what your reports need to keep showing.
Should we move all our data to Attio, or just a slice?
Often the right answer is just a slice. Migrations are a great chance to leave behind dead records, outdated workflows & properties nobody used. We help you choose what to carry & what to archive.
Can you migrate from HubSpot to Attio?
Yes, you can. We’ve built repeatable patterns for the HubSpot-to-Attio object mapping, & the migration itself is usually straightforward as a result.
